Ken Von Wiley, the owner of Von Wiley Plumbing, had his humble beginnings in the plumbing industry as a warehouse/driver worker for a plumbing supply house in southern California when he was 21 years old. Later, after working for a few plumbing service companies, he felt that he could offer a better service at a lower cost than those he worked for. He then decided in 2004, he would start his own company. Soon after he acquired his c-36 plumbing license, he felt that getting his B general license and c-10 electrical license was the next logical step enabling him to provide complete, hands on remodel and restoration service to his plumbing customers. For the last 30 years Ken and his crew have been leading the plumbing industry in San Diego!

I finally found an honest plumber. I called to get an estimate and possibly conduct repairs for our leaking A/C unit. I was lucky enough to have Kevin dispatched to look over both my requests. The most important feedback I could say was Kevin was completely direct and honest.
Since I purchased my condo in September I have had four plumbers in my home. Kevin is the first one I would call. He gave me a very fair price and the best part about it is he worked hard during his one hour of service. I didn't have to babysit him like I have to most contractors. He had to do some dirty work to get my lines flushed from all the rust buildup and kept at it hard until it was fixed.
He went above and beyond to ensure the pipe was completely clean out and that was the end of my A/C unit leak. He also thoroughly explained the issue. When he pulled out the major thick rust in my pipes I couldn't believe what a deal I received.
I am so glad I hired them instead of dealing with my scamming house insurance who was trying to charge me the same amount just to show up. In conclusion my search is over and next time I will be calling Kevin, which in my case may be sooner than I would like.

Between our condos and our home we have used Ken and Chris several times. Their prices are reasonable and the work is done correctly. The first time I used them was in 2008 they replaced a kitchen faucet for me. Last year, I just installed Berber carpet in one of the rentals, it was a rainy day, the carpet was light beige...they didn't leave a mark. They never leave a mark. These guys are the cleanest plumbers I have ever met.
This year we had the drains at our home snaked one day then snaked and camera inspected and recorded another day to see if we needed them replaced, we didn't, thank god and we got the cool video!
